First off, I absolutely love the way you handled the focus in this shot. Usually I would have thought it to be a little bit too busy, especially in the foreground with the large number of individual stalks rising up, but because the focus of the eye is drawn straight towards the sun in the background, it balances out the piece very nicely.
The color and lighting is phenomenal as well, working very nicely in the style of either early morning or evening to create a sense of darkness when there really isn't any darkness present. This allows the viewer to not feel entirely overwhelmed by color and light, but to simply relax and take in all the subtle little details in the image, all of which come through very nicely. On the whole, this is an absolutely lovely shot, and I can't really think of any reason to object to any of the aspects here at all.
